A Mass of Nothing

I have owned a Sharp Aquos for just over two years.  Now, that is just outside the manufacturers warranty and, no, I did not buy one of those silly in-store insurance scams.  However, I just wanted to be sure that everyone out there does not support Sharp in any way as the customer service is atrocious and they do not lend one bit of concern for how faulty their product is.

Buy a Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba or whichever other product you would like.  Just stay away from this crap. $1500 for for just over 2 years of working service is just not worth it.  Where has accountability gone?
